  • Yoga for Grief:
    • Grief is a normal and natural human response to loss. Grief is most closely aligned with the death of a loved one. However, loss of any kind – a relationship, a job, a home, etc. – can bring about a grief response. Just as each of us are unique, each experience of loss is unique.

      When practicing yoga for grief, we begin to gently move the energy that may be stuck in the body. As that energy moves, we continuously bring ourselves back to the present moment, as a reminder that right here, right now, we are okay – even if it sometimes does not look or feel that way.
    • Individual or group Yoga for Grief sessions are available.

  • Private Yoga Sessions:
    • Private sessions are a chance for you to get individualized attention and care in your practice. That may include working on your alignment and form, or simply having a space just for you without any other distractions. Each Private lesson will be tailored to your individual needs.
    • Private lessons also extend to private group lessons. Options include, but are not limited to: a date night for you and your significant other, a yoga class for you and a group of friends/family.
